jam muffins


ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 pot of natural yoghurt (65 ml)
1 Zest of  large lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla
130 grams of sugar
130 grams of flour
125 ml of melted butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
8 teaspoon apricot jam + 8 spoons to decorate
2 tsp icing sugar (to decorate)

method:
Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, vanilla, zest, yeast) with a spoon.
On the other hand, whisk the eggs, melted butter and yogurt for 30 seconds.
Then mix the two mixtures together with the aid of a whip.
Leave half of the dough on 8 mussels buttered muffins.
Develop a center coffee spoon of jam.
Covering the rest of the dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and decorate with jam and a slice of lemon.
