Snowballs with the coconut

ingredients:
500g grated coconut
300g icing sugar
3 to 4 eggs
1 case of lemon zest
1 case of vanilla extract

silver balls and flowers

method:

Mix the coconut and icing sugar sifted, lemon zest and vanilla extract.

Brush with egg white and syrup then coated in coconut.
