ingredients:
a bunch of average spinach finely chopped
2 large potatoes, cubed and fried
a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
200g minced meat
a large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
salt
pepper
3 eggs
6 cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
some green olives, sliced
method:
In a skillet, saute onion in olive oil for a few minutes.
Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper.
Do come back again a few minutes until complete evaporation of liquids.
Fry the minced meat with a little salt and pepper until all the liquid has evaporated
In a bowl mix, spinach, ground beef, olives, potatoes, and parsley.
Transfer to a gratin mold, or individual molds.
Put on cheese cubes.
Lightly beat egg omelet, salt and pepper, and pour into the mold or molds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees, until the surface is golden.
