ingredients:
- 12 balls veal
- 1 small can of peeled tomatoes in juice
- 2 peppers
- salt
- pepper
method:
Begin your peel peppers and cut them into strips.
Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes and keep the juice.
In a frying pan without fat fry the balls for 2 min. add peppers. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Mix.
Add tomatoes, stir and cover again for 5 minutes before adding the tomato juice. Salt and pepper.
Lower the heat and simmer for 25 to 30 min.
at the end you can serve it with pasta or rice it's up to you
