Checkered dark chocolate brownies and pistachios


ingredients:
100 g of chocolate
120 g butter
3 eggs
70 g of sugar
40 g flour
10 g of cocoa
60 g of white sugar
1 pinch of salt
20 g of quince jelly
4 tablespoons pistachios
3 tablespoons toasted sesame
method:
1. Melt chocolate with butter.
2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add them melted, flour and cocoa chocolate.

3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and beat on high speed for a few minutes to make meringue.
4. Gently fold the egg whites to the chocolate machine.
5. Pour into pan and bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
6. At the exit of the oven, unmold the cake and top it with melted quince jelly with a brush.
7. Grind pistachios, decorate the cake with checkered pistachios and sesame.
