Chocolate Hazelnut cake


ingredients:
120g dark chocolate
100g butter
100g icing sugar
80g ground hazelnuts
30g flour
1 tbsp vanilla extract
5g yeast
3 eggs
ganache:
50g full cream
80g milk chocolate
method:

1 - Preheat oven to 180 ° C, prepare a silicone mold or pan lined with parchment paper
2 - Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave
3 - Whisk egg yolks, vanilla extract and icing sugar until the mixture whitens.
4 - Add the flour, yeast, nuts and butter melted chocolate mixture
5 - Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add to mixture
6 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake 20 to 25 minutes
7 - Prepare the ganache by heating the cream and milk chocolate
8 - Once the cake unmolded pour over the ganache
