ingredients:
1,5 kg potatoes
50 cl of crème fraîche
50 cl whole milk
1 clove of garlic
3 sprigs of tarragon
nutmeg
Salt and pepper
method:
5 Preheat the oven (150 °). Wash, dry, thin out and chop the tarragon.
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices. Keep them in cold water.
Cut the garlic clove in half and rub the inside of six individual small porcelain dishes.
Make a layer of potatoes in the bottom of the dishes. Cover it with a layer of cream. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Repeat until all the ingredients.
Pour the milk over all. Sprinkle with tarragon.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. Serve right out of the oven as an accompaniment to red meat.
