ingredients:
10 cl milk
30 g of butter for cooking +
2 eggs
100 g almonds liquid honey
40g sugar
175 g flour
10 g yeast
1 pinch of salt
method:
1 - In a bowl, break the eggs and beat with sugar
2 - Heat the milk in a saucepan (it should be warm) and add the flour and then the yeast and salt
3 - Melt the butter, stir it once slightly cooled, mix well and let stand for 1 hour
4 - Heat a frying pan, melt a knob of butter and pour a small ladle of batter. The blini should be 10 cm in diameter
5 - Cook for 1 or 2 minutes over low heat, sprinkle generously with almonds and return, cook for 2 minutes then place on a plate
