ingredients :
2 eggs

50g cream
method:
1 - Separate the egg yolks from the whites and get these in snow

3 - Add the sifted flour
4 - Gently fold the egg whites
5 - Pour into pans and bake about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °
6 - Remove from the oven, forming a hole in the middle of the tart with the cap of a water bottle
