Ingredients:
* 250g flour
* 140g butter
* 120g icing sugar
* 2 egg yolks
* 40g dark cocoa
* Plate of white chocolate
method:
Cream the butter with the sugar and then add the egg yolks and continue pound. Pour the sieved flour with cocoa and hands, knead the dough. Put in the fridge for an hour. Roll out the dough (not too
thin) and glass to cut out circles of dough. In the middle frame cube chocolate discs and cover with a second (it's good to stick together the edges with a fork and the opportunity to create decorative pattern :)). Bake 12-14 minutes (no longer, because the whole secret of the fact that the cookies were soft and not dried out! ). In an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
In the original, there was more sugar and less cocoa. We, however, more taste after my changes: when a sweet, vanilla white chocolate nicely contrasts with the strong cocoa on top..
