Meat loaf with eggs


this recipe takes in preparation 25 min and in cooking 60 min and the quantity is enough for 8 people.
ingredients:
500 g of ground beef
400g minced pork
100 g of bread
6 eggs
10 cl of milk
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch parsley
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 strainer (the butcher or butcher)
salt
olive oil
method:

Cook 5 eggs in water until they are hard.
Shell them and put them aside.
Soak in cold water strainer and the breadcrumbs in milk. Peel and chop the garlic.
Crumble the thyme. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
Put the chopped meat in a large bowl.
Add the bread crumbs drained and pressed into your hands,
parsley, garlic, thyme and remaining egg.
Mix to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Salt and pepper. Preheat oven to th. 6/180 °.
Rinse the strainer under cold water. Wipe thoroughly and spread it gently on the work plan.
Place the meat mixture in the strainer band flattening.
Align the eggs adjacent to each other in the middle of the meat.
Fold meat on eggs to form a roll.
Wrap with strainer.
Be sure to close the ends by folding the strainer below.
Place the meat loaf in a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of water.
Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Let cool the meatloaf and serve sliced ​​with a green salad with herbs.
