ingredients:
1 fennel
1/2 onion
2 endive
1 red apple
1 handful of raisins
and one whole hazelnuts
1 can of corn
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp vinegar walnuts
salt and pepper
method:
Slice the fennel, endive, onion and apple into thin strips. Drain the corn.
In a bowl, make the dressing, then add the vegetables, apples, grapes, corn and nuts.
Mix together and let stand in refrigerator about 15 minutes so that all the flavors blend.
