ingredients:
250g rice
300g minced meat
100g grated cheese
4 tomatoes
2 bell peppers (green - red)
1 onion
½ box fungus
1 bay leaf
Parsley, cilantro, thyme
Spices: ½ tsp ginger, turmeric and paprika, salt and pepper
Olive oil
method:
1 - In a rice cooker , add the rice, bay leaf, a tablespoon of oil (so that the rice does not stick), salt and 3 glass of water, cook about 15 minutes and drain
2 - In a pan, put a little olive oil, chopped onion, bell peppers cut into small pieces, mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes
3 - Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes and passed through a grinder with parsley, coriander and thyme
4 - Add the tomatoes and spices with onion, peppers, mushrooms, and simmer for 10 min
5 - Then incorporate meatballs seasoned with mixture and leave to 10 min
6 - As soon as the ground meat is cooked, add the rice, mix well and remove from heat
7 - Put the rice in a baking dish, add the grated cheese and let the golden 10 min oven
