ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 forming cheddar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
method:
Take each cutlet to cut into 2 in the thickness without separating the two halves.
Add salt and pepper and brush one half of 1 tablespoon mustard cover forming cheddar and fold cutlet in two.
Do the same with the other steak.
Pass each of them in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Cook on low heat in a well oiled pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then serve!
