ingredients:
10 cl of milk
1 scoop of saffron (1 g)
25 cl of sweetened condensed milk
25 cl of cream
60 g of hazelnuts and pistachios
licorice and vanilla powder, cinnamon
method:
1. Put the saffron powder in a glass and pour the milk over. Let steep about 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with the cream.
Add spices: here I used the equivalent of a teaspoon of powder made of licorice, cinnamon and vanilla.
3. Then add the saffron milk. Finish by adding coarsely chopped hazelnuts and pistachios and distribute into muffin tins (the amount of hair cell can fill 6 servings).
4. Put at least 4 hours in the freezer.
5. Turn out, wait 2 minutes before serving and enjoy.
