2 eggs

40 g almonds

250g mascarpone
200g icing sugar
20 cl whole cream
1 pinch of vanilla powder
4 strawberries

Pistachio powder
method:
1. Mix the softened butter and sugar with an electric whisk until you have a creamy preparation.
2. Add the eggs one by one. Then add the flour, ground almonds and baking powder. Mix well prepared.
3. Divide batter into paper liners, filling them 3/4 full.
4. Bake cupcakes 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
5. At the exit of the oven, let them cool on a rack.
6. Dig the center of each cupcake and place a spoonful of strawberry jam.
7. Mix the mascarpone and sugar. Whip the cream into whipped cream with vanilla powder. Gently mix the two creams, using a spatula.
8. Put the cream in a pastry bag and decorate cupcakes. Finish with a half strawberry and pistachio powder.
