ingredients:
1 roll of pastry
6 leeks
2 slices of beef
20 cl heavy cream
2 eggs
80g grated parmesan
1 pinch nutmeg
50 g butter
Salt and pepper
method:
Slice the leeks. Wash them. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the leeks and let them sweat twenty minutes, stirring regularly. Salt and pepper.
Cut the beef into small pieces.
Meanwhile, preheat oven gas 6/7 (200 °).
Butter a pie plate and garnish with dough. Prick with a fork.
In a bowl, whisk with a fork cream, eggs, Parmesan, nutmeg and slices of beef. Pepper. Add the leeks and stir well.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve right out of the oven with a green salad.
