ingredients:
200 1 kg of ground beef
900 grams of potatoes
15 cl of milk
120 g butter
2 onions
3 tablespoons oil
cheese
chives
Salt and pepper
method:
Cook the potatoes 35 minutes to steam the skin. Peel the potatoes and put them through a potato ricer.
Heat the milk and pour it into the mash mixing. Add the butter in pieces. Season and mix well. Keep warm.
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Heat oil a pan. Sauté the chopped onion and stir then add the minced meat and cook 5 minutes, stirring. Salt and pepper.
8 Preheat the oven (240 °).
Lightly oil a baking dish. Make a layer of mashed potatoes in the bottom, cover the ground meat and make a new layer of mashed potatoes. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese. Bake until the mince is browned.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately with a green salad.
