ingredients:
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 70 ml of water
- 15 grams of sugar
- 1 tbsp grated coconut
- 1g agar
- Of fresh strawberries
- The strawberry jam
method:
We begin by heat together the coconut milk, water, sugar, stirring regularly to
melt the sugar. It was at this moment that we tasted and possibly add a little more sugar according to taste. Agar is added. We do not let boil but mostly just shudder. Is removed from the heat and add the grated coconut. We can do without but it adds a little different consistency in the mouth dessert.
To give the form that you see in the picture, I poured the mixture into molds to tarts and I put in the fridge for 2 hours.
Once the dessert has taken, is unmolded on a plate. We decorated some sliced strawberries. Is heated a few tablespoons of strawberry jam in a pan and a thick white ribbon dessert.
