ingredients:
2 egg whites
60g sugar
25g ground almonds
25 g of rice flour
35g margarine
10 fresh raspberries
method:
1. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg white with a fork, to become frothy. Stir in the sugar, ground almonds, flour and melted butter.
2. Divide the mixture into mini muffin and add a raspberry in each mold.
3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
