Apple pie and cinnamon


ingredients:
300 g flour
150 g caster sugar
175 g butter
1 egg
800 g small potatoes
50g raisins
50g sugar
1/2 teaspoon of  cinnamon  coffee
method:
1. In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Add the butter cut into small cubes and crumble the dough with your fingertips to have a sandy texture.

2. Break the egg and whisk it in a bowl. Reserve 1/3 for gilding and add the remaining 2/3 in the bowl. Mix and form a ball of dough. Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator.
3. Peel the apples, remove the core and it into cubes beautiful little. Mix with sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
4. Roll out the pastry and go check into a cake pan (26 to 28 cm in diameter), covered with parchment paper. Let the dough rise to the top of the mold and cut the dough into surplus.
5. Garnish pie with apples and cinnamon.
6. Reshape the dough into a ball drops and spread it. Cut strips and place them on the pie in a grid.
7. Bake 40 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C.
8. Serve cold or warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
