Chocolate Cupcakes


ingredients:
100 g soft butter
110 g of brown sugar cane
2 eggs
3 cups milk
150 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
80g of molten dark chocolate
For the chocolate ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
30g butter
4 cups milk
method:
1. For the dark chocolate ganache: Melt the chocolate, butter and milk in a water bath.
Pour into a cold bowl and let cool and set aside in refrigerator.
2. Mix the softened butter and sugar with an electric whisk or a mixer, until you have a smooth dough.
3. Add the eggs (one by one) and milk.
4. In a large bowl, sift the flour and baking powder until well blended. Incorporate them into your mix with the melted chocolate.
5. Divide dough cupcakes in paper liners, filling 3/4 full. Bake 15-20 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C. Allow to cool on a rack.
6. Decorate cupcakes with icing and sprinkle with small decorative sugars.
