crepes with salmon roll


.ingredients :
-For the batter: 
25cl-milk-
-125g of flour
-2 Eggs - 1 pinch of salt.
-For the filling: 
-200g cottage cheese or spread with herbs -
-1 If heavy cream -
-1 Cc dill -
-400g smoked salmon (pre-sliced) -
-salt and pepper
-juice of a lemon.
method:

-In a bowl mix flour, milk, eggs and a pinch of salt and mix and let stand for 30 minutes.
-Heat a non-stick pan with a knob of butter or a griddle and cook the pancakes.
-In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese with sour cream and dill. Salt and pepper.
