Biscuits filled with chocolate


ingredients:
175 g flour
60 g butter
60g icing sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 egg
75 g of chocolate
20 g milk
method:
1. In your hands mix the flour and butter, then add the icing sugar and yeast.
2. Beat the egg and reserve 2 tablespoons to serve as gilding. Add the beaten egg to the flour and mix up to a smooth dough.

3. Let stand 15 minutes to cool.
4. Melt the chocolate and stir in milk. Stir and let cool.
5. Lower the paste on 3 mm thick. Cut out 10 circles of 6 cm in diameter and 10 circles of 7 cm in diameter.
6. Small circles in the center, up a teaspoon of chocolate ganache. Place over a larger disk paste, solder the edges by gently pressing, without the chocolate out.
7. Brush with gilding and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 15 min.
